I Told You So

Well, I told you I would post a picture of my Fat Baby Boots.(Which I LOVE!) So here they are.

The dark part on the bottom is where I just washed them off. They had mud on them already. Hey, I buy boots to work in, not just to look pretty. lol.

They are made so that they are a little wider at the feet for stability. They are shorter too so that they aren't tight on your calfes. I really like these boots. The only problem that I have with them, is that they aren't made in the U.S.A. But if I could find some made in the U.S., I would buy them instead.

I also told you I would post pictures of T-Bone. Well, here he is. See, looks just like Sir Loin of Beef.

Now that Christmas is over.(Yee Haw!) Things can get back to normal around here. I'm starting to get the "fever." The fever of wanting to get my garden started, wanting to think about buying chicks, and everyday "summer" things. It is 28 degrees out side, and I'm wanting to put out a garden. You always want what you can't have. lol. Please remind me of this feeling when around August I am pulling out my hair because I am overwhelmed. Hopeful this coming summer, my garden can be a little bit bigger than it was last summer. That's my goal anyway.

Oh, well, until next time.....

Oh! NO! you're an addict, a garden addict, just like ME*wink*!

We deserve to be punished and pull our hair out, what gluttons for punishment we are, PTL!

Hey I've already received two garden seed cataloges, they're starting early this year.

I'm putting them in the wooden"when I get time" box, until more into February. Besides I have projects and Spring Cleaning to focus on until then.

PS. I love those boots! I let Mike talk be into lace up boots and I can't wait until they wear out, then fat baby boots here I come!

Blessing from,
A worn out MT gal*wink*

Those are some swanky boots! They look both comfy and practical. I have to admit I`m kind of getting antsy for nicer weather and the purchase of some new ducklings and turkey poults....maybe some guinea`s as well. =)

Kelle, the Fat Baby boots are worth every penny.
Feral, I'm not brave enough to buy guineas. They are so loud. lol
Tonia, I agree with you 100%. The Fat Baby boots are my favorite. I'm not sure about riding in them though. I do have lace-ups for that though.
Debbie, I think I will call our next calf Fat Baby. lol. Your always thinking. lol. Our cattle are Limousine cattle. They are one of the leanest cattle breeds. Good for the waist line, although you can't tell that from looking at mine. hehehe.

Thanks for the comments guys.

Ahhhh...warmer temps, Springtime. They are still so far away. sigh.
I want my own garden this year, too. I couldn't do one last year because of my knee surgery.
I love your Fat Babies! I so want a pair of my own. My lace-up paddock boots are looking very rough and the laces keep coming undone.
Can you ride in thos boots, too?

Love your limousine cows. They are handsome critters to be sure!

I hope you have a very Merry Christmas and that you'll have a very happy New Year!

Oh man, your singin' this Ozarks farm chicks song. I have already received two seed catalog which stirs up my itch of OCFD (obsessive compulsive flower disorder) as I have termed it. Poor hubby has enlarged my yard twice to accommodate more flower gardens. It's an illness.

I'm lovin' the boots!

Have a very Happy New Year and may God bless ya'll!!!

Love the boots. Yes, you can get Ariat fat babies here - I sell them, lol. You can't ride in the clunky bottoms, though, but now they are making Fatbabies with reg bottoms, and are riding approved. Check out Ariat.com and let me know!

thanks for visiting, I do feel better, just trying to get over the cough from bronchitis. I had a terrible fever for 3 evenings, knew something was wrong, and just began coughing a little when I went to the dr. Im glad I didn't wait until I was coughing worse.
