We're In

Well, we are in our new house. Technically we are in our basement. As I write this, we have no water or heat. But hey, we slept here last night. One problem though, we aren't the only one who thinks of this as our house. There are a million spiders in here!!!!! So bad in fact, that I took my last penny and bought some spray to spray around the baseboards. I am NOT having spiders in this new house! lol

Anyway, we have been trying to get all of the things done that needs to be done to move in. We still have a long way to go. I promise that there will be pictures of the new house. I just want to make it seem like a home before I post them. It will be soon though.

I want to thank all of you who have left me such nice and encouraging comments. I really appreciate them.

So until next time,

Small Farm Girl, new house liver inner.

I'm so glad your in. Just hope you can get heat and water soon. Heat shouldn't be a problem. Just get a little electric heater at K-mart. I've been using a little box heater to heat the kids room and it's 24x26. Nasty ole' spiders, spray em all dead!! lol ...debbie

I'd spend my last penny too, I hate spiders!

Glad you're all moved in, now for the unpacking and organizing*wink*

Can't wait to see some pictures, I really think, you should take before and after pictures :o)
Now sit down, take a load off enjoy some hot tea or cocoa and be ever watchful for this 8 legged creatures!

No heat or water--kind of like camping? It will all come together soon and I can't wait to see pictures.

I remember when we first moved to our old Amish farm ... We walked in and there was a snake skin that was at least 3 ft long ... I knew there was a snake somewhere... but, I was just to tired to care! Get yourself some big boots and start stomping on them.
Good luck and congrats on the move. Can't wait to see some photos.
